Anyone is welcome to pursue our Family General Concierge Services. However, regarding the two membership services, we restrict membership to maintain high quality. You may apply for these memberships, but you may be waitlisted.
Generally, to qualify for our membership services, it’s best for your family to be introduced by one of our existing membership holders; however, it is also possible for you to eventually upgrade your status from General Concierge Services to our two memberships.
We will meet with your family so you can better understand what we offer, after which your family can determine if our services meet your needs.
If you are interested in one of our membership services, please contact us using the contact form or LINE, after which our senior staff will be contacting you shortly thereafter. Once you are approved, you can use our membership services immediately.
Family General Concierge Membership Service
For customers with Future Education Membership registration: Our dedicated and experienced concierge will fully support your goals including suggestions for future plans and learning methods that match the lifestyle of your family. We recommend this membership for families who prefer a personalized service based on family circumstances.
VIP Family Private Concierge Membership Service
Our ultimate service for registered Future Education Membership customers: In addition to the services from our Family Private Concierge Membership, we also include a schedule coordination service that manages and shares schedules on Google Calendar and a concierge research service. We will manage and support every step in this process to fulfill your wishes.

Life Style
We will assist in planning and designing a more fulfilling lifestyle. On behalf of parents who are too busy or are not advanced in English, we will support you based on our knowledge and experience to reduce your stress in various situations such as managing school and cram school selection, maid service, babysitting service, etc. We will provide help to make your life more manageable. We have a wide network, especially in Tokyo and Hawaii—these regions are our specialty!
Research
Our staff will conduct research on your behalf regarding school information, local life, and matters of interest to your family, and we will present to your family a comprehensive report containing useful recommendations. This service is popular with families who need assistance in English or are just too busy. Life itself tends to get in the way even when you only need to do a thirty-minute research. You can let us take that burden off your shoulders and make your life easier!
Pictures & Videos
Your child's photos are extremely important for when applying to international schools in Japan. We'll partner with KRKPRODUCE, one of the best photo studios in Tokyo, to conduct a photo shoot tailored to your child's school of choice.
We can also produce video clips of your child so the schools can see them in action! Interested in sending out some family seasonal greetings cards? We can do that as well. Let’s create some fun memories together!
International School
We provide information on international schools nationwide, mainly in Tokyo and Yokohama. From 0 years old to university age, we will introduce a high-level professional team and assist your family with special attention to the child’s age and accommodations.
Summer Programs
We assist with finding a summer program that fits your child’s learning needs and helps them expand their English and intercultural communication skills. We help find programs in the arts, English language development, sports, and STEM related courses.
Study Abroad
From short-term to long-term, we will provide appropriate advice including information on school selection, private tutoring, housing, VISA acquisition, etc., whatever best suits your family. We will also arrange a tour of your desired school.
Navigation
You forgot about certain locations abroad? Maybe you went to a nice mom and pop restaurant. Or maybe you drove by a good-looking school, but you just can’t remember enough details. No problem. Just message us with the available details, and we will do our best to search for you. (We may not be able to respond right away depending on the time difference, day of the week)
Party Arrangements & Venue Finding
Invite foreign classmates and school teachers to your children's birthday parties, for seasonal events such as Halloween and Christmas parties, and graduation celebrations. Throw a party where guests can enjoy themselves! In addition, our private concierge will guide you and give you information on special venues suitable for corporate events.
Shopping & Gifts
We will update you on what items are best for English education and what gifts would be most suitable. Our staff are always busy doing research on your behalf. Don’t worry about temporary storage services either. After returning home from Hawaii, don’t worry about items you forgot to buy because our shopping agents will purchase those items for you and ship them to your door.
Dedicated Concierge Service
Future Education has a pick-up service for your children because we know you’re busy. We also function as interpreters for important events including parent-teacher conferences and open school day, etc.
VIP Attend Service
If you need a guide for an important guest or are a little confused about your next step, our private concierge will escort you and your friends. Our bilingual staff can also entertain guests from overseas.
Life Style Planner
Enjoy your life and travel around the world! We will arrange various local trips for families because you might need assistance with time management. Our extensive research should help you choose the best place to visit!
